Housing Associations

UNISON has the largest membership in the housing association sector across the UK. Our members provide all kinds of housing services, housing-related social care, repair work and administrative support.

UNISON represents members from the workplace up to government and industry bodies, such as the National Housing Federations (NHF, WFHA, SFHA and NIFHA) the Housing Corporation, the Homes and Communities Agency and Tenant Services Authority.

Whether it's pay negotiations or government policy, UNISON is the independent voice of the housing association worker.
